Aesthetic Surgery in Hyderabad with Dr. Rajesh Vasu

Aesthetic surgery covers a wide range of treatments, surgical and non-surgical, for both the face and body. Some people come in wanting a change they have thought about for years. Others simply want to feel more like themselves again, after weight loss, pregnancy, or the years simply passing by. Dr. Rajesh Vasu has spent more than 30 years helping people make that decision carefully, and helping them through it skillfully when it is the right one.

His approach rests on one principle: the goal is never to change who you are. It is to work with what is already there, so the result still looks like you, only clearer.

THE APPROACH

The Approach

Ear lobule repair is a 30-minute day-care procedure that surgically reconstructs torn, split, or stretched earlobes under local anaesthesia.

Aesthetic surgery, approached as craft

Aesthetic surgery in Hyderabad is too often presented as a menu. Dr. Rajesh Vasu approaches it differently — as a considered practice, where the procedure is chosen to suit the person, never the other way around.

His work spans the full range of cosmetic surgery for face, body, breast and intimate procedures but the principle behind each is the same: enhance what is already there, with results that look natural, balanced and unmistakably your own.

Genitals — Honest, judgment-free care for concerns most people have never said out loud to anyone.

” Every patient deserves an honest conversation before anything else. Part of my responsibility is understanding what someone is truly hoping for, and making sure surgery is the right way to get there, for them specifically. When it is the right fit, I am fully invested in it. When it is not, I will say so, because that honesty is part of the care too.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions, answered honestly.

Will I look artificial after surgery?

Not if the surgery is planned well. Dr. Vasu’s approach is to work with your natural proportions, not against them, so the result still looks like you, just refined.

How do I know if I actually need this, or if I am just insecure?

This is one of the most common doubts patients have, and it is worth sitting with honestly. A proper consultation should help you tell the difference, not push you toward surgery either way.

What if I regret it afterward?
This is exactly why realistic expectations matter before anything is scheduled. Dr. Vasu will tell you directly if a procedure is unlikely to give you the result you are imagining.
Is non-surgical always safer than surgical?

Not necessarily, it depends on what you are trying to change. Some concerns genuinely need a surgical answer, others do not. This is worked out case by case.

Will people be able to tell I had something done?

A well planned, well executed procedure usually reads as you, simply looking rested, balanced, or like an earlier version of yourself, not as visibly “done.”

What happens if Dr. Vasu does not think I am a good candidate?

He will tell you plainly, and explain why, rather than proceed anyway. That conversation is part of the care, not a failure of it.

Restore what matters. One small repair.

Sometimes it’s the smallest corrections that make the biggest difference. A 15–20 minute consultation with Dr. Vasu — in person at Apollo Hospitals, or virtual — is the simplest first step. No pressure to proceed. Just honest, expert advice.
